Web pages

as part of ERP system

Content management

Companies regularly have web pages to support their customers, marketing and communications, usually running on some content management system (CMS). However, this system is usually totally separate from their ERP .

It is worth noticing that with Odoo you also get full scale CMS, with easy to use and intuitive graphical editor. The point, however, is that it integrates with Odoo ERP features out-of-the-box. Such features include recruiting, bookings, events, web shop, customer surveys, on-line courses, customer portal and many others.

Customer portal

Customer portal is one of the standard features, if one wants to activate it. Customers have direct access to their order history, invoices, warranties for the products, service histories etc.

Web shop

Sales products are directly available for web shop, including product descriptions and pictures, though user can also block the publishing there. Stock quantities are always on-synch with other sales and configurable products can also be configured in the web shop. Price lists can be shared between regular and eCom, or they can be separate, or the eCom prices can also be made customer specific for logged in customers to allow different business-to-business sales scenarios.

Recruiting

With HR system active one can also run recruitments on the web. There can be several positions open in parallel, applicants can fill in the forms and upload CV's, and replies to applicants be easily managed.

All these and many more features are possible when web pages are running directly on the ERP platform. Just tell us what you are looking for and we will help you make it happen!
