TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Webbros oy applies terms and conditions specified in IT2022 documentation. Terms will be delivered as PDF upon contract creation.

 Below additional terms and conditions are additionally applied, unless otherwise specified in other documents. . 


  1. All details related to project and delivery are to be specified in written form. Other types of agreements are not binding
  2. Our invoices have 14 days for payment. We reserve the right to add 10% interest against outstanding payments 
  3. If invoices are due to more than 60 days, we preserve the right to engage any and all legal measures for collecting the payment, including usage of agents specialized in such operations. Such extra expenses will also be invoiced from customer. 
  4. Concerning invoices abroad we expect customer to handle and manage all local and legal requirements regarding taxes and otherwise. Webbros does not under any circumstances consider it responsible for any penalties or fees resulting from inappropriate or inaction regarding reporting or managing them 
  5. Webbros executes the projects according to its capabilities and complies with agreed schedules. However, in case the project does not meet all its expectations, Webbros does not assume any responsibility beyond agreed project responsibilities expressed in written agreements. Such restriction applies specifically, but is not limited to, delays of customer orders or invoices, reclaims and other business obligations of customer company 
  6.  Any remark or comment regarding deliverables must be raised within 8 days of delivery 
  7. All disagreements shall be resolved under Finnish law in Finland
